Anti-Spam Policy
Â
We will not send unsolicited email to any of our members except to inform them about account changes. We do not accept spam from our users. This includes (but is not limitted to) placement of non-wiccan or pagan ads anywhere on our site. We consider this to be spam from one user to another since our users do not come here to be visually bombarded by what most would automatically delete from their inbox.
Â
If we find unauthorized advertisements or links to inappropriate websites, we reserve the right to either delete the information outright or to modify it as we see fit. Should the need (or desire) to modify the information occur, the individual who has modified the information will place a note at the end expressing that they have done so, along with contact information through which you may contact them for any disputes regarding the changes.
Â
Ad Placement Policy
Â
We do not mind links to other pagan/wiccan sites or stores. But please follow the following guidelines:
- Send a written request to webmaster@wiccanet.com. Include the link and the advertisement.
- Describe where you feel this ad would be most beneficial. (i.e. Do you want it on the main part of the site or in the community?)
- We will send you an email either describing how to appropriately post it so it will not be discarded as spam, or we will post it for you.
We appreciate your cooperation.
